Road trip from Asahikawa to Utoro via Abashiri

25 August 2023 After staying 2 nights in Asahikawa, our road trip continued with a long drive on this day from Asahikawa to Utoro via Abashiri. Utoro is a small working fishing port located along the western coast of the Shiretoko Peninsula. It also serves as a principal access point for the beautiful Shiretoko National Park.
